The Chief Human Resources Officer will play a critical leadership role in shaping the systems and strategies that support more than 2,000 employees across our district. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the CHRO will serve as one his key advisors and will guide talent strategy, labor relations, leadership development, and organizational systems and practices that help our people soar like the mountains to the west.  Few opportunities combine the chance to lead the talent of an extraordinary workforce, partner with a highly collaborative leadership team, live in one of the most desirable communities in the Pacific Northwest and make a lasting impact for more than 16,000 students.
